WOOOOOW! Stunning shot! Right time in right place and right exposure! I wish I was there.
That's so beautiful and romantic.
I am envious! How very beautiful.
hi fayethat's a great shot. i love the wave breaking in the foreground ... nice clean break and a tube almost good enough to surf!the horizon's not solid because of the waves and the light reflecting off waves due to the sunset. it's quite common! :) ... i'm a beach boy from way back! wonderful photograph today.
I wouldn't have even noticed the horizon line if you hadn't mentioned it :-) But I agree that it must be the waves, and what Dave said. The sky is such a beautiful color! I wish the waves were a touch lighter though because I can just make out some really, really stunning spray and see the crashing action.
Beautiful! The sky is sooo pretty and the subtle tones of the wave crashing in the foreground are perfect! I agree with the waves being the cause of the broken horizon, I have noticed this many times while fishing the Chesapeake. Lovely capture
tout simplement magnifique. ce contrasme entre la couleur du ciel et la mer. SUPERBE quite simply splendid. this contrasme between the color of the sky and the sea. SUPERB
wowwwwwwwwww...great contrasts!!!nice moment for a great shot.have a nice weekend
Wow! Absolutely stunning. This is gorgeous!
How nice to be in the right place at the right time. Beautiful sky and you caught the wave at just the right moment. Beautiful. A perfect notecard.
Beautiful colours in the sky and lovely capture of the wave :o)
Like many of your images Faye, this is best admired at full size. Just excellent...
I agree with Mike. Full view is a must.
wonderfully tidy and neat and linear....horizons fascinate the pod...i plan a project on them...constantly shifting, never fixed, at times indeterminate
Lovely sunset and I just love the spray from the wave.. Great Capture
This is an amazing scene!!! You should definitely get this going as a print for sale!
