Steve and Amber

More happy news. Some friends got married recently and I was honored to photograph the wedding. These are a couple of my favorite shots.

I learned some valuable lessons from this shoot. Mainly, if I take 800 shots it takes me weeks to get them all sorted and edited! I also learned that the lighting isn't good in most churches and I desparately need a better lighting system.

  2. Good job. I know what you mean, I took 300 and it took me quite a while to go through the editing process! It was worth it though, I just met up with the couple and they were very pleased with the results!

  4. They are off to a wonderful start in their married lives. Both are youth pastors and they are totally devoted to their work as well as to one another.

Amber was one of my staff at work and as much as we miss her I am very happy for both of them.

  8. I really like the two recent people picture posts (your daughter and this wedding). The light here looks good to me and I'm betting the bride & groom are thrilled with these.

Not that it will exactly cheer you up or anything, but I have to admit that it takes me weeks to get even a lousy 100 shots sorted and edited :-) I think you did a good job!
